CASTLE STREET POCKET PARK, TOTNES

e-mail

Just outside the entrance to Totnes' Norman castle is a little park created in the 1960s when the neighbouring terrace of cottages was renovated and saved from demolition. The park was tended by Tony for many years who moved away in 2018 just when Richard Reynolds moved into the street looking to continue tending local public space, much as he had been in London as a guerrilla gardener. Since spring 2018 there has been significant clearing and replanting, with several other residents involved in the regular care. Please get in touch with Richard to be more involved. More information coming soon
